PRICE
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). All delivery prices are for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta. We may add a surcharge for the total transaction value to offset the payment we have made to the credit/debit card company for providing you with this service. Such surcharges are usually charged at 2% of the total transaction value.
We also accept cheques made payable to Trentside Foods Ltd. Items will only be despatched to a customer on receipt of cleared funds in the event of payment by cheque or authorisation by your credit card provider.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
RETURNS POLICY
At Goldenholme Farm, we are not only confident about the quality of our meat, but we take pride in the level of service that we offer our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to talk to you about your delivery and discuss ways to improve our service to you. Simply call us direct on 01777 249492 and we will be happy to discuss any issues further.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order; however, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5-7 working days from when the goods have been returned.
PRIVACY POLICY
Goldenholme Farm does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on the shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the “Remember Me” option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies with your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. We will not accept responsibility/liability for representations by a third party for products supplied via this website. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information published on this website and will not be responsible for any damages resulting in reliance on the information contained within the site. These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
